Where was the GOP outrage when the health-care plan was originally laid out by The Heritage Foundation, one of the most ultra-conservative “think tanks?” When Republican legislators were all over it (led by then House Speaker Newt Gingrich) while touting it in the 90s, where was the outrage? When Republican standard-bearer Mitt Romney actually implemented it, where was the outrage? Could it be it is somehow different now?
