Last year around this time I started preparing for a short-film called Around The Corner. The script was a result of watching Charlie Chaplin’s films over and over again. Unfortunately, the film was never completed. I could give excuses as to why this happened, but what’s the point? (There isn’t one… That’s the correct answer).
Not wanting everyone’s hard work to go to waste, I decided to put together a trailer. After all, the footage came out quite well!
Here’s the names of the cast and crew I’d like to thank for donating their valuable time to my silly project.
Crew:
Director of Photography: Dan Battistone
2nd Camera: Kelsey Fenn
Assistant Director: Lindsay Rice
Light Design: Sam Ribbler
Location Manager/Production Assistant: Lucas Frazier
Cast:
Suicidal Woman: Marie Maloney
Young Millionaire: Ben Mack
King Cafe Girl: Erin Lann
Dancer: Laura Walkup
If I’ve forgotten someone, well then I feel even more like a tool. Otherwise, thanks again!
P.S. I actually did like the script quite a bit, so I’m writing it into a feature length version, hoping for the best. Perhaps I will keep people posted via Mildly Relevant Thoughts.
…Or maybe not. We shall see!
